I was looking for an affordable, clean, air conditioned 10x5 storage unit and visited 3 other facilities before I got to STORE at The Grove. Unlike the others, there was no HUGE difference from the rental rates I saw online and the rates quoted me when I checked out the facilities in person... what I had seen on the STORE website was the price I was quoted after I checked out their beautiful facility in person. I honestly thought the reviews were too good to be true. But it truly is a 5 star place. I worked with the manager and he was stellar, understanding, not at all pushy. I’ve also communicated with them via email, and they are quick to respond. Reasonable rates, and I feel safe no matter what time I visit my unit.
As they have raised my rate TWICE in only SIX MONTHS... it can't be seriously considered for anyone's long term storage needs. Otherwise, it is a clean and well maintained facility. If you are looking for temporary or short term storage STORE may be a viable option.
Update: We have had the storage unit for 7 months and have already had the bill increased twice. So, lowering to a 3 star for this. Initial agreed upon cost $138.92 - first increase $148.92 - Most recent increase $184.75. Feels like a bit of a bait and switch model. My father in-law needed a storage unit since he is downsizing. There is no better facility than this place. I’ve had numerous storage units in my life. They have thought of everything to make this the best. Not to mention how fabulous each person is that I’ve dealt with in person. 10 stars!
