Hidden Fees are not included when reserving. I reserved a unit at $27/mo with the first month free. I went with this facility BECAUSE I could if afford it at $27/mo. When I got there, I declined the additional $40 key (that is not mentioned online) but they also failed to mention that there's a non negotiable, mandatory monthly insurance fee of an additional $16/mo, bringing my monthly ($27/mo) fee up to a whopping $43/mo, which is not what was advertised to me or within my budget. So far the two guys that work in the office were not exactly personable. They seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and were bored and didn’t want to actually have to get up and work. But they did, although didn’t seem to happy about it. I mean nothing bad but not exactly welcoming either. Then again it’s just a place to keep your stuff so will see how it goes.
Can't give a 0 star or I would. We stored our rig here over the winter along with two other friends. One friend had bikes stolen on two separate occasions (only once being noticed by the facility) and both friends had their catalytic converters stolen on another occasion. We looked at all fords in the facility and they were all missing their catalytic converters. I wouldn't store anything here you value, it will be stolen or destroyed.
Renting with Cube Smart was very quick and easy. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone that I know whenever they need to rent a storage.
Do not store anything here that you would care to keep safe. Two friends and I stored our RVs here this past winter. My friend had 4 bikes stolen out of his truck on two seperate thefts. My catalytic converter was cut off my RV. My other friend's exhaust was also cut but his converter was not stolen. When I informed the staff of the theft and damage to my vehicle he simply shook his head and handed me a third party insurance pamphlet. I would not trust these people with anything remotely valuable.
