Woman who helped me was excellent. I was just disappointed that the Cubesmart website didn't explain clearly that the insurance, taxes weren't included in the $29 due at move-in that was clearly $29 according to the confirmation email sent to me. I understand that I would need insurance but when you say $29 due at move-in that means to most people just that. It's okay but they keep raising the price! It's also awkward to pull up to the box to punch in your code. The people that work inside the office are really nice though!
