Extra Space Storage on 32nd Ave N in Plymouth, MN is an exceptional facility. The staff was courteous, well informed, and extremely helpful. It was the first time I have rented and I was so pleasantly surprised at the exterior and interior. The exterior has convenient parking and secure loading/unloading dock. The facility when it was Extra Space was great! Jessica was wonderful to work with and always went out of her way to be helpful and friendly all the years she was there. Since it became STORE, suddenly, with no notice at all to existing tenants, the entire staff was replaced. One woman was extremely rude and unhelpful, as if the smallest question or request is a huge problem for her. Terrible customer service. Definitely looking for another place. The Plymouth storage is so clean and spacious. Holli the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable on what size unit I would need. Great price. Can't wait to move in!
Love this location because of the customer service received from Jessica (manager). I needed a bigger unit and Jessica helped me with this by finding a bigger unit closer to my smaller unit so the move was less hassle. It's because of the great customer service and the facility is really clean that I decided to stay at this location even though I could've gotten something cheaper someplace else. Sometimes, cheaper is not better and being able to talk to a human person is worth the money.
Sarah is really friendly and helpful with assisting me with my storage unit. She really made me feel comfortable and confident that my personal belongings will be safe thank you Sarah.
