Extra Space Storage on 32nd Ave N in Plymouth, MN is an exceptional facility. The staff was courteous, well informed, and extremely helpful. It was the first time I have rented and I was so pleasantly surprised at the exterior and interior. The exterior has convenient parking and secure loading/unloading dock. Love this location because of the customer service received from Jessica (manager). I needed a bigger unit and Jessica helped me with this by finding a bigger unit closer to my smaller unit so the move was less hassle. It's because of the great customer service and the facility is really clean that I decided to stay at this location even though I could've gotten something cheaper someplace else. Sometimes, cheaper is not better and being able to talk to a human person is worth the money.
I have no complaints with Extra Space Storage. The place is well lit, clean and easy to get my stuff from the car to storage unit. I like that I can pull my vehicle inside to unload or for a quick trip I can park outside with convenient access to run in and out. Its the busiest storage I've ever used, yet cart availability has never been a problem . Other renters have always been polite when we cross paths. My overall experience has been great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for storage. The location is awesome.
The experience of booking a storage space online was seamless, and easy. The woman who I met at this location was very helpful and let me know everything I needed to make sure my experience was perfect. I will continue to use extra space for storage in the future, and I recommend it to anyone looking for storage.
