I'd highly recommend this place. I've had a spot for more than 5 years. The staff is curteous, very practical location and pretty reasonable fair. One day I lost the key of the padlock for my unit. I reached out to Elizabeth (I think) and she quickly came around with that big grinder, with no hesitations, she blew in a couple of seconds the padlock lol I was expecting her to call some maintenance dude to do it lol. That customer service was so impressive!!
I just checked out of my unit today at the Marlborough MA location, and it was an easy and efficient process. Great customer support. I appreciate Christine’s service excellence! Christopher E.
