Yelp Review Storage Locker Saga. First time renting with this company and will likely be the last time utilizing their services. I had some difficulties with moving my items into the unit. Because it was after hours I was left on hold for fifteen minutes with their offsite call center. Upon calling back I got a voicemail they were done for the evening. Needed additional storage unit on Sunday; no onsite agent was available during regular hours; called local number and left two messages and called posted emergency number and received no calls back; it was not until we went online and ordered additional unit that we received a call from Florida call center; we were finally able to get the additional unit we needed in order to store the remaining items from the moving truck; very frustrating experience!

I’ve used this storage before and was very happy with it. We went weekday afternoon with the code given us with two cars with stuff. Could not get in , no one in office , no one answered the phone number given. So everything in the truck consanguinity got soaked ! Went the next day , no one in the office again. Got hold of customer service and she gave me another code so we were able to go in. The mgr had said to come to the office , they had a lock for us.
