Updated to my original 1 star review: The store manager got in touch with me and walked me through how they prorate the 50% discounts over 60 days. So they stick to their word on the 2 months at a discounted rate. I wish the communication was better upfront, because they did tell me I'd be paying full price for August. A couple years ago i moved from an apartment and into a house but the house was fully furnished so i rented a storage locker here on the second floor with the intent of using everything for my next apartment. I had a bunch of clothes, a couch, a king and queen size mattress and plenty of other things to have a fully equipped apartment when it was time to go. Terry is great and will help you get up set, he’s wonderful to work with and made my time renting a storage unit very smooth.
Just want to say how well and awesome the front office staff is between Tarry and Tracy they make an awesome team! They handled our concerns and questions with such ease and proven knowledge in the field. From the moment i walked in there Tracy and Tarry welcome with a happy environment and the moment you walk out they make you feel like a friend of theirs in total they make this facility feels safe and warm for all your stuff! Highly recommend
