The people who manage this place are really nice. They were able to get me into a storage unit the same day, and even gave me a free lock! They have several rolling carts inside the doors and big, clean elevators that help move items with ease. I've had my items here for several months with no issues.
I’ve been storing with Store Space for years and was, actually, a customer from when they were About Space…so for over a decade! When Store Space took over, they made many changes including the management team. I was not very impressed with the first group of people they brought in but have been absolutely delighted with Terry…he has made all the difference in the world ever since Store Space took over. The outside door to our “temperature controlled” unit broke 4 months ago. Still not fixed - stopped in multiple times and door was wide open. Essentially paying for a locked secure door and temp controlled but it’s not. Called several times to report it - nothing done. WORSE - rent MORE THAN DOUBLED from advertised price after only a few months. Called to inquire about the increase and was told there was little they could do about it.
