I worked with Shawn the manager at Store Space Storage. He was exceptionally professional and helpful. I have some photography equipment that I needed to get out of the basement and he provided me with the right solution. If you need something stored in a climate, cool environment, I recommend store space self storage in Pontiac on Centerpoint Drive.
Do not rent from here. I paid to have a storage unit, the day of my move in no one reached out or no text messages were sent about how to get into my unit. I got to the storage and found my unit but couldn’t receive an access code. They were closed. I called the next day and they said they couldn’t give me the code over the phone and I would NOT be refunded. The customer service is HORRIBLE nobody is ever in the office they never answer the phone all you can do is call the sales team which connects back to the Pontiac office where no one is at. This company is INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT AND THEY LACK ANY SORT OF INTELLIGENCE TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU WITH ANY PROBLEMS and the number that the so called “owner” is listing is the SALES TEAM!!!!!! I've been very satisfied with my experience at Store Space. The online booking was quick and easy and the assistance that I've received from the on-site manager (Ebony) has been great! It has been very convenient to access the load/unload area at different times during the day and having it enclosed makes it much more comfortable now that the weather is turning colder.
