Nothing works at this place none Of the gates work so they’re just wide open 24/7. The doors to access the building don’t all work so you have to search for one that does after that When you finally enter, good luck finding a cart so there’s your next journey. I've been very satisfied with my experience at Store Space. The online booking was quick and easy and the assistance that I've received from the on-site manager (Ebony) has been great! It has been very convenient to access the load/unload area at different times during the day and having it enclosed makes it much more comfortable now that the weather is turning colder.
Do not rent from here. I paid to have a storage unit, the day of my move in no one reached out or no text messages were sent about how to get into my unit. I got to the storage and found my unit but couldn’t receive an access code. They were closed. I called the next day and they said they couldn’t give me the code over the phone and I would NOT be refunded. I wasted over an hour trying to figure it out and had to then pay for a different storage unit with another company. I understand when things are non refundable but none... read more
