Shawn was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Shawn was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The storage units were clean, secure, and easily accessible. I highly recommend this company, especially if you get to work with Shawn—5-star service all the way!
Wanted to send a big THANK YOU to Shawn for his assistance! It's so difficult to find amazing customer service but I found it here. I would recommend this location based on my interaction with him alone. The facility is new and fairly clean with restrooms on each floor. I wish there were more carts for hauling items (maybe there were but I could see the 2 on the ground floor).
I was caregiver for a relative for several years. She passed away at the end of October and I needed to clear out her assisted living apartment fast. I had never rented storage space before but I needed it quickly. Fortunately, Store Space on Centerpoint Parkway in Pontiac is very close to where I live. I was able to arrange for space and move things in quickly, thanks to Shawn. My Dad has been here for some time now and I came to help him move from one storage to another. This is the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen, and Shawn went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!
I was helped by Shane yesterday and he was awesome! Super professional and very informative. I was prepared to go to a different facility, as I was just shopping around and gathering info.
