To start this was the greatest most affirmatively immaculate experience at the Storage space self storage in Glenn Heights. As I walked into the storage office I was greeted by Jeremy and he offered me a seat and addressed me by my name. My name is Rodney Wadley. Been using this facility on and off over the last few years. Over the years i have had numerous problems with poor communication from management, office smelling like Marijuana, gate not working, unit doors damaged you name it. Ive just kind of delt with it but im just atbthe point where i will spend my money elsewhere. This is not a customer friendly facility they will figure out any way to take money from you even when the issue is with there system.
Ann made my experience in getting a storage unit very easy. She's a beautiful person inside & out. I'm glad that I got the chance to meet her. Love her personality 💕
If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I paid to have my things moved in on Sunday 03/02/2025. I was told the day before to bring a government issued ID so everything can be taken care of. I got there and nobody was in office to assist me, they have 3 different numbers on the building to call and no one answered. The Customer service line is always busy and no one answered. I had to contact another store just to get a hold of somebody and even then they couldn’t assist me because it wasn’t the store i signed up for. M... read more
She is the most friendliest young lady I have ever met. Knowledgeable and got me in and out in a matter of minutes as I was in quite a rush. Love her. Give a raise or a paid days vacation.
