To start this was the greatest most affirmatively immaculate experience at the Storage space self storage in Glenn Heights. As I walked into the storage office I was greeted by Jeremy and he offered me a seat and addressed me by my name. If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I paid to have my things moved in on Sunday 03/02/2025. I was told the day before to bring a government issued ID so everything can be taken care of. I got there and nobody was in office to assist me, they have 3 different numbers on the building to call and no one answered. The Customer service line is always busy and no one answered. I had to contact another store just to get a hold of somebody and even then they couldn’t assist me because it wasn’t the store i signed up for. M... read more
Karina is always polite when I come in to pay my daughter storage unit. She a one man wrecking crew. Handling multiple customers and running everything smoothly and quickly. Great customer service!!!!
Carina was extremely helpful with an account issue I had. She resolved it quickly and took time to make sure everything else on the acct was fine. It was a great peace of mind. I’m glad they’re my storage company.
