Carina was extremely helpful with an account issue I had. She resolved it quickly and took time to make sure everything else on the acct was fine. It was a great peace of mind. I’m glad they’re my storage company.
She is the most friendliest young lady I have ever met. Knowledgeable and got me in and out in a matter of minutes as I was in quite a rush. Love her. Give a raise or a paid days vacation.
If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I paid to have my things moved in on Sunday 03/02/2025. I was told the day before to bring a government issued ID so everything can be taken care of. I got there and nobody was in office to assist me, they have 3 different numbers on the building to call and no one answered. The Customer service line is always busy and no one answered. I had to contact another store just to get a hold of somebody and even then they couldn’t assist me because it wasn’t the store i signed up for. M... read more
Karina is always polite when I come in to pay my daughter storage unit. She a one man wrecking crew. Handling multiple customers and running everything smoothly and quickly. Great customer service!!!!
Manager was extremely nice and very welcoming. Made the move in process so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend her to anybody.
