left my stuff here for a few years during which they continuously raised my rates (now they are charging me 180/month for my 5*10 until i can empty it). the temperature controlled section is NOT temperature controlled, and when I went to empty out my unit EVERYTHING was covered in a layer of mouse poop. update: tried to go through insurance to be compensated for the ruined items and they won’t honor the policy.
So is it my first time here at Storage space and Kayla the manager here has been very helpful very professional and very courteous and I am very satisfied
I was in a pinch to find a good storage space as I needed to move my whole Bedroom apt until my house becomes available. I started with finding this online spaces here were more reasonable then other storage spaces. When I entered Kaila was the most helpful and displayed the best customer services. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. She showed me a few storage units and where were able to figure out which one was best for me. My experience here was 10/10!! Kaila & Marilu were so nice and informative during the tour of the storage units. You can tell that they truly care about their tenants. Kaila was so patient with showing me the unit options while I made up my mind and offered to help if I ever get lost lol. The signing process was very easy and she explained every fee so I knew what I was investing in every month. I would recommend this location to everyone, they truly care about your belongings here :)
Stopped by the facility today and was greeted by two of your wonderful employees Marilu and Kaila. They went above and beyond showing us multiple units, where the carts are located and even took the time to walk us outside to show us how we would get into the facility once we are renting. If you’re in need of storage please go visit these ladies. I will definitely be back for my storage needs
