You have great management representing your company. I have had a few hiccups with my move and Kaila has made me feel a little more at ease. From the easy move in process, physically showing me where all the pin pads are and how to use them. There are a few maintenance things in the building but we were assured they were in the works of getting fixed. I will definitely be back and will definitely refer my family and friends to store space storage.
Stopped by looking to inquire about a unit for a few things and I was quite pleased with the help I received. The young lady Kaila gave me a full run down showed me the unit and everything. She made the whole process super easy for me and very well spoken and super professional. Also she was doing everything alone helping people that come in answering phones even took the time out to give me a full tour and show me my unit.
The facility is absolutely trash, the employee that I spoke to is amazing, hence the second star - they seemed like a genuine advocate for the customer, but the company itself is not and currently cannot hold up to their end- you might as well leave your shit outside under a tarp. The facility is not at all secure - forget actual security, the gate and doors are open and cannot close/lock, their is no reason to save things there.
Cindy was the best, she was patient with me and answered all or questions that we had. Well it has been a year and I am putting new info in. I understand I had an increase bc the initial pricing was from a move in deal. I have since had two price increases. I can not wait to buy my house at the end of the year so I can be done with them. This is not the first review I have done on this facility…storage space/c street/phila. However it is the first that focuses on the manager “Jay”/Jacob. I thought it couldn’t get any better than “Ana”/Anastasia. To a certain degree I was right because she IS a first class professional kind sweetheart. But…having the pleasure of speaking with, and problem solving with her boss, “Jay”/jacob…makes it clear that Ana has learned from the master of customer service and what a tight, efficient ship he runs.
