This is not the first review I have done on this facility…storage space/c street/phila. However it is the first that focuses on the manager “Jay”/Jacob. I thought it couldn’t get any better than “Ana”/Anastasia. To a certain degree I was right because she IS a first class professional kind sweetheart. Extremely and highly pissed off!! we were behind on our storage unit by a couple of months, but stayed in contact with the storage unit representatives and they did not give us a date in December of when they were going to do the auction for our storage unit. They just said it was going to be in December so today it is December 16 and received a call saying that our things we’re going to be sold today and we had important documents in our storage unit of my children’s and I socials birth certificates & high school diplomas, ... read more
left my stuff here for a few years during which they continuously raised my rates (now they are charging me 180/month for my 5*10 until i can empty it). the temperature controlled section is NOT temperature controlled, and when I went to empty out my unit EVERYTHING was covered in a layer of mouse poop. update: tried to go through insurance to be compensated for the ruined items and they won’t honor the policy.
So is it my first time here at Storage space and Kayla the manager here has been very helpful very professional and very courteous and I am very satisfied
I was in a pinch to find a good storage space as I needed to move my whole Bedroom apt until my house becomes available. I started with finding this online spaces here were more reasonable then other storage spaces. When I entered Kaila was the most helpful and displayed the best customer services. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. She showed me a few storage units and where were able to figure out which one was best for me.
