Kat, the store manager, was patient, informative, and easy to talk to. She made sure i knew exactly what I’m paying for and explained the pricing and rates perfectly. Overall, i feel my needs were met and excellent customer service was provided with a smile.
Kat was truly amazing. I was in a rush and she respected that but made sure she gave me a tour, eye contact, great customer service, and a smile. I needed a small unit and pricing is very doable!
Cat is the BEST! I experienced a break down on the lot and at a time of emotional overwhelming the manager was everything I needed to be a peace. I value real people Cat thank you! A month later I'm looking to move my things as I was told there was a month free rental and they charged my account 20 days later for more than I understood. There’s nothing exciting about renting storage space, or so I thought. The two ladies at this facility had enthusiasm and professional not expected. With a few customers in the office and I waited in line I noticed both ladies smiling as they cared for the customer in front of them. Fast and efficient I moved to front quickly.
