I was on-site servicing and troubleshooting the keypads, and Ivy made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was professional, communicative, and fully on top of the operation. Any questions or access needed were handled immediately, which made diagnosing and fixing the issues efficient. Everything was resolved successfully, and it’s clear she runs a tight, well-managed store. Working with a store manager like Ivy makes the job easier and the results better. Highly recommend.
Ivy was amazing. Very loving and kind. I came she and she was putting salt down. She had her work boots on and greeted me with a smile. She was the perfect person to see early in the morning.
