Staff was super nice and friendly. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, the staff was amazing. However, the day I moved my items into my storage unit, my boyfriend and I ended up locked inside the parking lot for hours. Apparently, after business hours, the gate automatically locks. After moving all day, my phone died — and that’s where I had the gate code stored. We were stranded until another renter happened to come by and let us out.
