The manager Michelle from the South Park Ave location has made my experience with them better than any other facilities I have dealt with in the past. She does what she can to help make things go as smoothly, effectively and efficiently as possible. Anytime I had any issues she went out of her way to help me above and beyond her preview. Communication is key! Grounds are kept clean and secure, what more can you possibly look for when in need of a storage locker! ~ Jessica

The facility is very clean and they are willing to work with you so long as you keep an open line of communication. Service is always good no issues at all. Would recommend to everyone.
Great experience Michelle the manager does a great job of communicating with clients. My door in one of my units was bent in and wouldn't clothes she got it replaced with in the next day or 2. .units are very clean.
The best customer service i have experienced in a vert long time Michele was understanding,helpful, respectful, very informative, compassionate, and work with me.
