The manager Michelle is totally awesome !!! She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is always satisfied. She is a wonderful asset to the company. Great job Michelle, keep up the goi work.
Great experience Michelle the manager does a great job of communicating with clients. My door in one of my units was bent in and wouldn't clothes she got it replaced with in the next day or 2. .units are very clean.
The best customer service i have experienced in a vert long time Michele was understanding,helpful, respectful, very informative, compassionate, and work with me. Because of my health I had to shut down my food truckand put my equipment in storage (store space self storage) until I had the surgery done..do to some complications the surger will take longed than expected..due to financial difficulties and not working my unit was in default and subject to be auction off ..I attempted many ways to get my unit out of... read more
