I rented a drive up unit online. It was super easy and convenient. I received an email with the lock code for my unit and the entry code for the gate and both worked as advertised. There was a manager on site both times I needed help with anything. The unit was clean and large and easy to access. I just needed a few months of storage while house renovations were ongoing but would definitely rent from here again in the future if I need storage again. My experience was great. I signed up for a 7.5'x10' storage unit and received this awkward unit which was a weird corner unit. It would not work for my purposes. I also saw there seemed to be a required type of lock for the units. I went there on a Monday and Tuesday during business hours and no one was there. I called and left messages on the two store numbers that were provided and eventually received a call back when I left another message on both phones on Wednesday. My husband and I rented a storage via their website and scheduled a move in day for today. When my husband arrived at the unit, it’s locked. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them through customer service since it’s a Sunday because it says call for assistance and nothing. I called every number provided (website, Google page, contract) and shot them an email this morning, still nothing. They were passive aggressive and rude. I asked if I can see the unit and the worker was repeatedly saying “no one really asks to see a unit since they know what _x_ is but yeah I can show you” which felt like a condescending micro-aggression. Would not recommend.
