I got a storage unit a couple of weeks ago. It says it’s climate controlled, but every time I go in it’s probably 85 degrees. I’ve called in twice to let them know that it’s extremely hot and they still haven’t done anything about it. If you need something actually climate controlled don’t rent this space !
Jae was absolutely amazing! The facility is spotless and well-maintained. His professionalism and top-notch service truly stood out. Highly recommend!
We did not have a great experience with this facility. The first day we arrived there was trash all over and the dumpster was overflowing. The climate controlled area was not very cool. But the most disturbing was on 3 or 4 occasions we saw people with no cars coming and going from the facility. They were not moving things in or out. We brought this up to the office and City of St.Pete police as we were wondering if there are people living in these units.
DO NOT rent here! Was quoted $103 monthly with two months at 50% off for a small 5x10 unit. My first two months were billed at $52.80 with the discount equaling about the amount quoted. My 3rd bill was billed at $154.00!!! Upon seeing the charge, I called and the representative did not care, nor did he provide any help or answers as to the bill.
