DO NOT rent here! Was quoted $103 monthly with two months at 50% off for a small 5x10 unit. My first two months were billed at $52.80 with the discount equaling about the amount quoted. My 3rd bill was billed at $154.00!!! Upon seeing the charge, I called and the representative did not care, nor did he provide any help or answers as to the bill. Came in to the after spending a good part of my Sunday only other were closed until tomorrow Monday. Pulled up and sorry a young man who was coming to the door to greet me with a smile I asked him are you open with the great smile he said yes. Thank you goodness. He then was able to provide me with options as well as special offer that was being offered at this time. Malique was so nice and hopeful to me. I tell you everyone needs to stop by and see him only with his manager Jae to get a great deal on storage.
I must say that Jae was the most patient and helpful person with all the back and forth with my renters questions he really helped me and with moving in and the place is super clean!! I recommend them and ask for Jae!!!!
Malique was very helpful showing us different units. Good customer service. We were pleased with the hours and cleanliness so made a decision to rent.
