I had a great experience with Jae! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He answered all my questions, helped me choose the right unit, and made sure everything was secure and ready to go. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a stressful move much easier. Highly recommend!
I got a storage unit a couple of weeks ago. It says it’s climate controlled, but every time I go in it’s probably 85 degrees. I’ve called in twice to let them know that it’s extremely hot and they still haven’t done anything about it. If you need something actually climate controlled don’t rent this space !
Jae was absolutely amazing! The facility is spotless and well-maintained. His professionalism and top-notch service truly stood out. Highly recommend!
We did not have a great experience with this facility. The first day we arrived there was trash all over and the dumpster was overflowing. The climate controlled area was not very cool. But the most disturbing was on 3 or 4 occasions we saw people with no cars coming and going from the facility. They were not moving things in or out. We brought this up to the office and City of St.Pete police as we were wondering if there are people living in these units.
I must say that Jae was the most patient and helpful person with all the back and forth with my renters questions he really helped me and with moving in and the place is super clean!! I recommend them and ask for Jae!!!!
