Lisa was super kind and very helpful. She was willing to explain everything and made sure we understood how to get into our unit and how the billing would work. Great customer service and the rates are the most affordable I could find, and their pricing is far more transparent than other storage services.
I am very pleased with my service received from Store Space Self Storage. Called the number early morning on a Saturday, received service from reservations agent ( I think Dylan) whom was very informative. He was extremely accurate with his promotions, since I was also reviewing them online everything was the same. Quick and easy. Only downfall is no self pay online. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at storage space! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain my options and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I love the convenience of the extended access hours, and the security measures in place give me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of Andrea. She was beyond words incredible and helpful. She was able to help me during a stressful moment, calm me down, and use her customer service skills to the fullest extent. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing she was. Please please please acknowledge her for her incredible service!!!! Also like to add she was assisting with helping me with the Bridgewater MA store
Andrea was very kind and helpful. Extremely thorough also she did not miss a single detail. Even offered to help us move In. She really went above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place.
