Rented a storage unit for about 8 months from this location. The units are climate control, There is two elevators which is useful depending on front or back parking, hallways are always clean. The staff are so helpful and literally the nicest I’ve witnessed around. Literally will go the extra mile to make sure your experience is good with the location. Strongly recommended.
Storage space is great Andreas Demarca it's not just money. It's people she care about. I love her. Please keep her. She makes my storage unit worth having.

This has been the best experience not only have staff been beyond helpful but they have great patience and support
Bad experience. I called and spoke to someone last month about cancellation and explained I never stepped foot in the building I no longer needed the space and just wanted to cancel. He assured me it was cancelled and even a possibility of a refund since it was never used and they had just posted a new payment. A month later I have a new charge of $150 and I keep calling and leaving messages and nobody answers my calls. The place is surrounded my lots of garbage piles and homeless people.
