Bad experience. I called and spoke to someone last month about cancellation and explained I never stepped foot in the building I no longer needed the space and just wanted to cancel. He assured me it was cancelled and even a possibility of a refund since it was never used and they had just posted a new payment. A month later I have a new charge of $150 and I keep calling and leaving messages and nobody answers my calls. The place is surrounded my lots of garbage piles and homeless people. Lisa was super kind and very helpful. She was willing to explain everything and made sure we understood how to get into our unit and how the billing would work. Great customer service and the rates are the most affordable I could find, and their pricing is far more transparent than other storage services.
Run away from this storage facility. Unless you want your items stolen from your storage unit. Then, put your stuff in here and kiss it goodbye. My son and his college roommates stored items in a unit here over the summer. At some point during the summer, someone broke into their unit and stole many high priced items. When my son went to check on his unit in the middle of the summer, the lock was still intact, but upon opening up the unit, his items were gone. Shon was very patient and helpful throughout the whole check in process. He gave me a tour of different unit layouts and was clear on the payment process.
I just want to say that I am very impressed with the treatment that I was given at this place not to put any names out there but Andrea definitely helped us out a lot thank you so much
