Bad experience. I called and spoke to someone last month about cancellation and explained I never stepped foot in the building I no longer needed the space and just wanted to cancel. He assured me it was cancelled and even a possibility of a refund since it was never used and they had just posted a new payment. A month later I have a new charge of $150 and I keep calling and leaving messages and nobody answers my calls. The place is surrounded my lots of garbage piles and homeless people. Lisa was super kind and very helpful. She was willing to explain everything and made sure we understood how to get into our unit and how the billing would work. Great customer service and the rates are the most affordable I could find, and their pricing is far more transparent than other storage services.
I am very pleased with my service received from Store Space Self Storage. Called the number early morning on a Saturday, received service from reservations agent ( I think Dylan) whom was very informative. He was extremely accurate with his promotions, since I was also reviewing them online everything was the same. Quick and easy. Only downfall is no self pay online.
