Tyler was very polite and professional. He walked me through all the steps and went above what he needed to do to help me find the right storage. There was not any trash or junk sitting around like you see at other places it was CLEAN! They even provide a free lock to go on your storage. Thank you for having a great employee.
In addition to the insane rising costs and hidden fees, there's never anyone in the office when you need them. There was an issue with the gate and no one was there. When we called the main Louisville? office we were told they'd call us right back and never did. Rarely someone will be up there but there is no posted time, google is inaccurate. This place is ridiculous. I am renting there.(?) Can’t reach customer service. Called twice and said they would call back within 24 hours 4 days later still haven’t heard from them. Sent email with my concern. Still nothing. Went to rental office today. (Hwy 64 , Georgetown ,IN ) Hours that said they would be open. I checked the hours before I went. Nope closed. I do not recommend this place.
Fast rental process. Clean property. Cameras inside and out. Any issues we've had have been a simple phone call away and assistance was quick.
Best storage facility around! And Danielle deserves a raise for how professional and polite she was!
