The facility raised rent 100% over a year. It went from $65 to $130. They slipped in new fees and insurance The rent is pre-paid for the month. They charge late fees for storage of property that has not occured yet. Customer service is absolutely zero help.
Terrible company; they will lock you out of your unit even if you are a day late on paying and put a different lock on so you can’t access your things. Do not use this company!! Oh and they up your monthly price not even after 2 months almost a hundred dollars.
Great facility and even better staff! Managers more than helpful and willing to help. Convenient location and plenty of room to maneuver a trailer (if you know what you’re doing). Would absolutely recommend
I’m giving Kristi a 5 star review in the Georgetown facility, she really helped me get things lined out after the wrong unit was rented to us from someone on the 1-800 phone number. Thank you Kristi for all your help….😉
The storage unit and start up was fine. It was the annoying ask for a review EVERY DAY after the start up. It’s annoying.
