Great facility and even better staff! Managers more than helpful and willing to help. Convenient location and plenty of room to maneuver a trailer (if you know what you’re doing). Would absolutely recommend
Do not go to this storage place. They auctioned our storage space 7 days after we called and let them know when we would get everything paid in full. I called the customer service number and our account wasn't closed and talked to a CSR that said they would put in the notes so that the store manager saw that we were going to catch everything up. I’ve been here for about 8 months my storage rate has gone up twice. I ask the manager there why it keeps going up. She says normally it goes up every 6 months. When I first got here I was quoted 98 I now pay 132. I’m never late with my payments but one time and it was because there system was messed up for auto pay and took two months of fighting them to get the late fee off my account. Well I was suppose to have a credit on my account for october and never got it my card was debited and I can never get a hold of anyone at the office. I have had issues after issue with this place. When I call the number head office they say they will have the site manager call me but I never get a call back.
Alright I went in last month with the issue I have above and she said she will get back with me nothing I call and they said they will review my account get back to me. Nothing then I leave a review they they will get ahold of me. Still nothing....no one can tell ne why my rate keeps going up. I've only been here since February. I got quoted 98 I now pay 132
