Terrible place to rent a unit. I sent a message to the company on their website ( because you can never get in touch over the phone ) and I told them I had moved out of the unit on the 26th of February. Today, is the 5th of March, and they took 184.00 out of my account. The dumpster there is always overflowing, the gate has been open for 3 months. Their 1st month free is very misleading. 184.00 a month for a 10×10 space is ridiculous. I got a 12x20 shed on myown property for 200.00 a month. It's a way more secure place fo... read more
Tyler was very polite and professional. He walked me through all the steps and went above what he needed to do to help me find the right storage. There was not any trash or junk sitting around like you see at other places it was CLEAN! They even provide a free lock to go on your storage. Thank you for having a great employee.
From the moment i clicked on the website i felt accommodated it was a simple process fast and effecient the units to rent are very affordable and the moment you get there you can tell its managed well i personally have a indoor unit and let me tell you it was spotless i felt really good about leaving my things there and the locks they use seem very heavyduty and even if you get a small container you still have about 12 ft of height to stack whatever you need my only complaint is these doors dont have stoppers when your hauli... read more
Do not rent from this place!!!!! I obtained 2 units at this facility on the 27th of October. The website clearly stated that the first month was free. Which means I would not receive a bill until November 27th. However I've only had these units for now 2 weeks they have charged me $5.59 multiple times now. And I can't get a human being to advise why I'm being charged anything. I just checked my bank account. Apparently my payment went through like I thought it would. I knew I had enough in my account. According to my account it cleared. I received an email that I was over due and that they would auction off my stuff. How can they do that if the payment cleared. I hate dealing with this company because you leave them a voicemail and no one gets back to you
