This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rented a unit and they emailed me the wrong code for the lock on the unit (after telling me they would remove it). When my movers arrived, they couldn’t get into the unit. The office was closed and no one could be reached. I paid an extra day for my movers and when I explained the situation the manager said all he could do was give me a days credit, despite the fact I had been renting the unit for 7 days. Doris was fabulous! She was very patient and knowledgeable with helping us switch units. She even did an account review and applied an unused promo allowing us to save more. Her wonderful demeanor and customer service just guaranteed us staying here longer. Strongly recommend this storage facility to all in the community.
