Jim the Property Manager was extremely professional and very kind, when helping me move out of storage units ! Very timely and a man of his word. He cleans the grounds of trash (last employees did not ) and maintains the office area, I’ve been a customers for sometime and noticed an improvement since he’s been there . I will recommend my place my storage to others.
My wife and I reserved a unit online. It was easy and seamless. I went into the office to finalize and they had it ready. They confirmed the paperwork and it was done. Very nice and helpful. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a safe, secure and clean facility to store you valuables. Catherine & Norman S
I was pretty much blown away on how easy the staff made the move in process for me. This was a major relief off my shoulders, I've never had needed a storage unit before and they made this so easy and seamless. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and showing me how everything works. 10/10 recommend!!!

I recently to use MyPlace Self Storage on East Hillsborough Ave and my I say, I was amazed! Nice roomy storages and it's inside controlled air lol. I think the name of the lady who helped me with my unit was named Tyca, she was very friendly and business oriented! If I had to use MyPlace Self Storage again, I'm there.
