Can't get anyone to answer the phone or the door during normal business hours on a Monday. The roof insulation over the storage unit has fallen apart and degraded to the point of fluff on the floor. I don't want to keep my stuff there and come back to it buried in this. If someone had answered we gladly would've just switched to another storage unit but we'll be going somewhere else and getting a refund.
Allison was an amazing person to work with! I greatly appreciate her time and knowledge about the units! She was very patient and very helpful! My unit is a great size for my items and looks well taken care of! Highly recommend coming here for your storage needs.
Even when going through hard times, there are still great people in the world. Associate Tray was very pleasant and helpful in assisting with my journey.
Rat infested. All items destroyed. Paid all that insurance and they dont wanna reimburse. Definitely wouldn't recommend if u plan on using your items again.
