Came here to be serviced for a storage unit as my daughter and I are moving. When I tell you I had the BEST experience because of the beautiful employee Katie! I’m not sure who her boss is but I’m telling you this girl needs a raise and praise!! She ensured that I was able to get exactly what I was looking for! I had an awful experience at the last place of business I went to. Here I felt and still feel comfortable having my belongings there. Yall go see Katie!!
Can't get anyone to answer the phone or the door during normal business hours on a Monday. The roof insulation over the storage unit has fallen apart and degraded to the point of fluff on the floor. I don't want to keep my stuff there and come back to it buried in this. If someone had answered we gladly would've just switched to another storage unit but we'll be going somewhere else and getting a refund.
Allison was AMAZING! she was helpful and sweet and very efficient... Give that lady a raise! (If you read this THANKS ALLISON! the company is blessed to have you on their team! May you always be blessed with reasons to smile even in hard times!)
Allison was an amazing person to work with! I greatly appreciate her time and knowledge about the units! She was very patient and very helpful! My unit is a great size for my items and looks well taken care of! Highly recommend coming here for your storage needs.
Katie at the Albany Ga store had great customer service. I needed to downsize my unit and was looking to go elsewhere. She told me about the specials and other units available making my decision to stay easier.
