This has been an extremely difficult and distressing experience. The pest problem has caused significant damage to my belongings, including clothing, furniture, and bedding. The rats have contaminated many items with droppings and urine. Additionally, they have damaged my mattress and taken refuge in the box springs. OMG!! I was feeling my absolute worst when I came in this place. Felt lost, miserable, and needing guidance on all levels, personal and business. Katie was REAL, and genuine and felt like a person not a robot. I felt like I had a friend in her. It's hard trusting your precious belongings in places like this but she took the time to comfort me, show me the units, discuss deals and what may work best for me. This is hands down the WORST storage facility I have ever dealt with, and that’s saying something. I trusted this place with my personal belongings, and they completely failed on every level imaginable. First of all, RATS got into my storage unit. Actual rats. They broke into my belongings and chewed through my bags, destroyed my property, and left behind a disgusting mess. This is not just gross — it’s a serious health hazard. I just want to say when I walked in, I had, had a hard day to say the least but the young woman that helped me was so friendly and sweet and actually made me feel a little bit better and their prices are great!
