This place was really nice when we first got our unit in November. The guy was very direct and letting us know about the unit not allowing food and having a bathroom, dumpster, and cart for moving. By January 1st, he was gone and they didn't honor the promo he gave us. It was supposed to be half price for 3months (not including November since it was prorated). If you’re looking for a place to pay money for your stuff to get stolen, congratulations — you’ve found it! Our entire storage unit was cleaned out, and shocker: management won’t call us back. We’ve been promised four times that corporate would reach out. Guess how many times they did? Yep — zero. They also won’t release the security footage, even though you need a door code to enter the facility.
