Absolutely outstanding experience with Danielle.From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The facility was spotless, secure, and easily accessible, making it easy to load/ unload. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of storage space—you won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I would trust just leaving my things out on the street instead of putting my stuff in a unit here again. I had over $2000 worth of camera equipment stolen from my unit. I should’ve taken this as a sign because the lady in front of me before I checked out said her daughter had her TV and Play Station stolen. I will be demanding security footage and contacting the police.
I've been robbed. The absolute worst experience EVER!!! Someone cut the wire above our storage used our mattresses as cushion to drop down and stole majority of our items. I can't even type it all. I'm just so disappointed. The customer service with Danielle has been absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
My experience with this exact location has been terrible first starting with the buildings being infested with roaches and when the issue was brought to the manager Danielle attention, I was told I could get moved to a different building but the doors to that building is not working … not only does the door to my build doesn’t work and having to constantly waiting for other customers to get in the building.
