This place is a mess. No one answers the phone and it is becoming impossible to cancel our unit that has been vacated for almost a month. Per the agreement, sent a written request to cancel through their email form. If you let the phone ring long enough it does go to a voicemail. I then received a call back from a Florida phone number and was told we were all set and our account was canceled. I keep receiving past due bills. Hey! I have called numerus times to get reimbursed for our stuff getting ruined when our unit flooded. We sent you the list & pictures on August 18th. Left serval messages. Think we'll be reimburesed anytime soon? Thanks so much!!
