Everything was so easy and the staff person (I believe her name is Brittany) was excellent. She was funny, engaging and took time to understand my situation and needs. It was time for her to go home and she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. She explained things well. The price for the unit was reasonable. Entry in and out of the unit is easy and most of all very secure. This was a good decision.
Brittany and Becky were PHENOMENAL in helping me transition into my storage space! No question I had went unanswered, and they went above and beyond to make sure the space i was renting was right for my needs and budget. Highly recommend the facility as well. Its well lit, climate controlled, and CLEAN !
Brittany is PHENOMENAL!! Her ability to work with our organization year after year is the exact reason why she deserves a raise. Promote her immediately.
I reserved a storage unit from Store Space online in early May. They emailed me a confirmation, took payment, assigned me a unit and sent me the code to enter the building. What they did NOT do was tell me that they NO LONGER MANAGED THE FACILITY where they rented me the unit. They also did NOT inform the new management that they had rented me a unit. Becky and Brittany are awesome ladies, always smiling. They are very helpful, answered all my questions, even the little ones. Lol. I highly recommend Store Space.
