Currently renting a 10x10 unit from store space been there since April 2024 came in on a half off one month deal storage unit was 146 and change has gone up over $100 since last year if you're late past 6 days then 20% of your storage fee or $20 whichever is greater will be applied my late fee is currently $46.98 if I'm past 6 days late and that's because I'm paying $251 per month for a 10x10 loved the place because it seems secure and clean but the late fees and prices are ridiculous. Terrible storage place. The gate malfunctioned last night, AFTER I already had entered, leaving me stuck inside the complex. The manager was not helpful and said I had to wait until the next morning to have the gate servicer fix the issue or call the police. Eventually, I had to leave my car there and just get myself out. The company refused to give any compensation for my troubles despite it being fully the company’s problem. Prices increase every 6 months 30 to 40 dollars, they can’t get their system together it’s always an issue, they aren’t open 24/7, moving my things out expeditiously!!!! They also have mice so be careful! They will email you the last day of the month at 430 when they close in a hour to let you know of the price increase shady!!!!
Clean, secure, super easy. Recommend if you have students at local colleges here. Advise to rent it 1 week prior to everyone leaving as 5x5 spaces gets taken quick the week of.
