First off, the front desk people are absolutely wonderful and polite, but that's where the good stuff ends. -Gate stopped working for days, not good. -Units flooded out, not good. -Pests, yay! -Can't get a refund if you've paid for the month, regardless of the state of the building definitely not good.
I have been inconvenienced since construction began months ago! The bill goes up without any notice or explanation! I have water damage and can never reach anyone at this location! I feel they are trying to make renters leave by upping the price every other month. I spoke with a renter as we both were trying to load and unload with others waiting due to the construction and she hadn’t had a price increase and been there almost a year! First of all - what security? there is none. People live in storage units, company is aware and did nothing, plus NO cameras which made it beyond uncomfortable to go there. 2nd - customer service is non excitant. one employee has to cover EVERYTHING (employees do a great job with what they are given), hundreds of units. if they need to go to show a unit to a new person, they close the front doors, no one can come in until they come back And no one will answer phone calls. if i call on the phone - no one can answer if they ha... read more
My experience was good in the beginning but as the months carried on the service was horrible. While trying to access my unit there was feces in a pile on the floor next to my storage door and i notified management and she even came with me to see the feces and told me she wasn’t cleaning it because they didn’t have the “proper supplies” to clean it up. All was good, clean, secured place. I moved out today to return the keys and no one was at the front desk! Like I left and came back and still no one was there , doors locked smh. So I will drop locker key off tomorrow ,hopefully, someone is in the office there at the market street location in Wilm , De. Very strange!!
