the majority of times I've come here, I couldn't even find a parking space because 95% of the parking is taken up by industrial sized trash cans, piles of sand and rocks, pipes and beams, and contractor trucks that won't move (even for paying customers). I'll be grabbing pictures next time I go so I can edit my review and show you all this "clean location" LOL. this site is in complete shambles. they leave the gate open 24/7 which does not encourage safety of your belongings, in addition to the trash on site.
These reviews must be from another site other than Philadelphia Pike in Delaware. They wrongfully charged me twice in the same week, said they would credit me back and haven't. When I first called, the lady in the office went back and forth with me that they hadn't charged me anything. Come to find out, they charged my card twice for someone else's account! There was no apology and she acted like it was resolved. Which it STILL isn't. I'm definitely calling for legal counsel Monday morning. Beware of this place!!!
Excellent Maria at the front desk was 100 out of 10 I called on the phone with emergency looking for space rental and such short notice and was feeling down and Maria answer the phone and made my day picked up my spirit Maria was friendly patient joyful and answered all of my questions and concerns yes the experience speaking with Maria made my day and her laugh was priceless again 💯 out of 10👍✨️✨️🏆 then when to the storage facility she promised she would wait to help me and find the right storage space that was suitable ... read more

Staff is very friendly, I love storage my things here at Store Space. Sheena was a big help with opening and closing my account. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
