Positive experience renting a unit. Professional and helpful staff. Unit was clean. Only negative for me is that there is no security gate for protection. Every place I’ve rented before has had one. There is a security code to access the building, but this gets inconvenient each time you have to enter the building while you’re loading/unloading. About costs, be aware of marketing gimmicks. My first impression of this facility was an absolutely good one. And it looked clean and well maintained. Signing up for a unit was straightforward and I even had the opportunity to physically see a couple of units before deciding. I appreciated the patience and professionalism of the staff on duty, Olivia and Tammy.
My mother and I recently needed temporary storage for about a month and chose Store Space. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! I have been with this storage place for almost 8 years now and I have recently just opened up another storage and I would have to say that the manager here is on top of her game in customer service. I would highly recommend this storage to anyone. it is temperature controlled and always very clean. I’ve never had a single issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
