BEWARE! This location is terrible. I have been denied access to my unit on 2 different occasions. The first time they blamed it on a glitch and now I’m not sure what the excuse will be as my account is current. Please read below and see my many other issues. My first impression of this facility was an absolutely good one. And it looked clean and well maintained. Signing up for a unit was straightforward and I even had the opportunity to physically see a couple of units before deciding. I appreciated the patience and professionalism of the staff on duty, Olivia and Tammy.
Store Space Sugar land is a great place for storage. It is well lit and clean. Tammy and Olivia are great! I have been renting at this facility for years.
