Staff is very courteous and nice, very helpful on the phone and when I showed up. Clean property and units. I was so in a hurry first day I moved my stuff and forgot to close my unit. The lady in the office called me and even watch my unit till i arrived. That’s was a plus for me cause at least you know the staff takes care of there costumers!! Nice to know they take their job seriously. I would give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Getting a unit was as easy as could be, Jessica helped my wife and I find the perfect unit and got us squared away in less than an hour, and filled us in on everything we needed to know! Look forward to keeping my stuff safe here for years to come.
This location and staff are exceptional and I received the best service in Houston. They are very kind, respectful and genuine. They truly show concern for their customers in every way and they listen to what we as customers have to say. All 3 staff members at the location took turns assisting me.
Jessica was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. The sign-up was smooth and easy, making everything stress-free. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a hassle-free storage solution!
