Mark was extremely helpful. He helped me find a spot to fit my vehicle, outside of his corporate requirements. They are also very helpful walking the customer through the initial process. The lot is very new and well maintained.

rented 9/2024 til 5/2025, never had a negative issue til 5/2025 basically Mr. Thomas was one of the nastiest, rudest person ive come across in a long time. Something was truely off with this person because was cordial at first then tone changed like the weather and tried to fix his nastiness, then he was nasty again once i said i would report him on his awful customer service with me. I probably owns this franchise but i still wanted to voice my experience her at the ford address in columbus, GA.
