Barbara, was very warm and hospitable. I enjoyed our engagement and her professionalism as we came to a mutual consensus for the best amount of space for items. I highly recommend this storage company!
Process was super fast online. I came to the property to see the unit and Ms. Barbara was very sweet and helpful. She explained the process from the beginning to the end. Before I left she wanted to ensure that my gate code worked properly as well as if I was familiar with using the heavy duty lock on my storage unit. Ms. Barbara left no stone unturned. Property was also nice and clean.
Josh and Barbara were amazing. They helped with any question I had and moving in was easy. This place is real clean as well. I mean really clean! Will definitely recommend storage space to anybody in the future.
Barbara was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable & informative. Even when the computer gave us a bit of trouble, she found solutions. Throughout my entire time as a customer, I was treated with respect, my questions were handled & resolved quickly and the pricing was fair. I'll be happy to store here again.
I had an issue of misinformation provided to me by the reps from the 1- 800 number in the beginning of this process that was extremely concerning. However it was QUICKLY rectified by the direct store representatives Brittany and Barbara. Both managers of this location who listened , understood , and made the situation right. I feel so much better about my belongings being here now and knowing that the people there care to make sure my needs are made and that I am truly satisfied.
