I had an issue of misinformation provided to me by the reps from the 1- 800 number in the beginning of this process that was extremely concerning. However it was QUICKLY rectified by the direct store representatives Brittany and Barbara. Both managers of this location who listened , understood , and made the situation right. I feel so much better about my belongings being here now and knowing that the people there care to make sure my needs are made and that I am truly satisfied. We had to store a bunch of building materials and personal effects of people that were remodeling their house. Barbara was awesome very nice and attentive. I will always use store space Plus, they guarantee everything to $5000
After visiting Store Space self storage in Humble. I can honestly say that the customer service was great Mrs Barbara and Brittany were amazing ,Mrs Barbara answered all of my questions and was eger to assist me with viewing storage units despite how cold it was. She was very knowledgeable and met me with a smile and warm welcome .Brittany was eager to provide me with pricing for in store products. They are simply amazing.I highly recommend renting from this company for your storage needs and beyond.
Barbara was quick and efficient as well as friendly and professional. Store space made the process of acquiring a unit and checking out so fricken easy! The security was fantastic, the facility was incredibly clean. Overall would use them again should the need arise. Cubesmart could never!
