My experience has been pleasant. When I went to the facility I met JOSH who was extremely professional and helpful. He took me to my unit, tried both keep pads to ensure they were working, showed me where the bathroom was and explained that carts are available to help me with heavy boxes.I recommend Josh highly for SALARY INCREASE.Thank you. Ms. Barbara made my experience so easy and comforting. It’s always stressful when you have to move stuff and find places to put it. Ms. Barbara was efficient in her communication, asked me if there was anything I needed and she was so accommodating. That is a comfort to have when you are stressed. I would definitely recommend this storage facility as it’s clean, quiet and 6am -10 pm hours. I truly thank her.
