Ms. Barbara made my experience so easy and comforting. It’s always stressful when you have to move stuff and find places to put it. Ms. Barbara was efficient in her communication, asked me if there was anything I needed and she was so accommodating. That is a comfort to have when you are stressed. I would definitely recommend this storage facility as it’s clean, quiet and 6am -10 pm hours. I truly thank her.
Barbara and Josh were amazing and so helpful with getting me a dream spot for our camper! The facility is so clean and well maintained, everything went smooth and efficient. So happy with finding this gem of a storage space!
Ms Barbara and Josh are some of the nicest people I've met. They were so welcoming and friendly. I came late and not one time did I feel rushed or hurried. They took their time showed me units and explained everything detail by detail. When I came back 2 days later I was welcomed with that same hospitality. Thank you for having the wonderful personality you have.
Avoid this location, unless you want rats to pee and poop on your things. Had a unit here for years, never had an issue with rats, until a few months ago. Found a lot of rat droppings all over my things, luckily most of it were in tough boxes. But the smell of rat urine and droppings was powerful. I even found a dead rat inside the unit. I immediately went to cancel my unit there and took out as much as I could salvage. Unfortunately, some things were beyond saving.
