RecommendedVery unprofessional. The climate control storage is wet resulting in ruined belongings.
Be very weary of this company..... We called and was told there was a unit that would work for us backing in a boat. So we rented it over the phone. It was a relief because we had been searching and the new boat was coming soon. We drove out the same day and there was no way to maneuver the boat into the unit so we called and cancelled the same day. They have HORRIBLE customer service!! They take payments from your card that is UNAUTHORIZED, then tell you it will be 30 days for a refund!! Plus they keep upping the storage rent!! I for sure will be taking my business else where!! Not to mention their website is a joke to register my info ALL OVER AGAIN 🙄🙄 Nothjng is ever their fault nor do they try to make it right! Joke, complete joke! I have referred SOO many people to them, but not now!
