Counter manager was very helpful by giving me options and price differences and made me feel like she was looking in my best interest. I also appreciated her trying to get me the most accessible room available.
This is an awful place to use for storage! It didn’t used to be but whether someone is managing it or not. I’ve had the storage for 2 yrs. Never missed a payment. There were miscommunication on there end that has me locked out of my space for two weeks. Cannot get a hold of anyone nor get a call back for assistance. Try to submit a ticket on there website, it doesn’t go through. If you depend on and work out of your storage like I do. This is not the one!
So I recently downgraded units after having being with your company for over 1 year. My last unit was paid up until the end of the month, so what kinda aggravated me was that it was not prorated for these last few days of the month and also had to pay another one (1) time fee for switching which is quiet ridiculous, considering I had already paid a one time fee the previous year.
Super easy to get started, lock and insurance are provided, or you can provide your own. Very clean unit.

From the many online or web specials to the various available storage unit sizes, both indoor and outdoor, this facility has an offering to meet most anyone's need. The indoor units offer both climate and non-climate controlled areas as well. Easy in, easy out. Very clean. Kind and courteous staff. Easily seen from road and interstate. Easily accessible from Walton exit on I-75. Highly recommended. Definitely a repeat. Did I mention to $75 Amazon Gift Card?
