I had two jet skis on a trailer stored at this facility. They were stolen in 11/2020 along with someone else’s enclosed trailer. The staff, including management, was less than helpful/cooperative with the police and insurance investigators. During the investigation, the facility staff and leadership provided conflicting timelines and details of the incident on recorded statements. there is something always wrong either a elevator don't work and now both bay doors don't work so how people supposed to do storage? a lot of people cannot do it during business hours from 9 to 5:30 because he will work that is ridiculous I might just take my storage somewhere else!
