There was an error when I left my last review! A drop down box on the web page blocked the stars, leaving it as only 1 star. It was a Great experience! My wife and I just met with STORESPACE in New Bedford, Mass. It deserves the five stars! Their manager Amanda was very accommodating and patient. we reviewed the lease together in detail I signed it digitally and then she gave us a tour of the facility taking us directly to our unit. Management team was great in this location when it came to getting a unit and every customer service interaction we had was great, but unfortunately this is not a super climate controlled facility. We stored furniture and closed plastic bins there for just over a year, and we were really upset to find that our ~$2000 velvet couch had mold/mildew bloom on it while it was stored, as did a variety of other items, including wood furniture, none of which had previously shown any sign of mold or mildew growth. I rented from the Fall River store. Space was amazing clean unit for what I needed new to the area.
