Management team was great in this location when it came to getting a unit and every customer service interaction we had was great, but unfortunately this is not a super climate controlled facility. We stored furniture and closed plastic bins there for just over a year, and we were really upset to find that our ~$2000 velvet couch had mold/mildew bloom on it while it was stored, as did a variety of other items, including wood furniture, none of which had previously shown any sign of mold or mildew growth. I rented from the Fall River store. Space was amazing clean unit for what I needed new to the area. This was by far our easiest and quickest part of our move!! Found the app very easy and perfectly explained no need to call any other number. You order the size space you need and they send all the credentials!! Fast and affordable
I'm so sad right now I wish I had read reviews before renting a place there PLEASE DO NOT STORE UR STUFF THERE all my children's photos lost to mold all my things are ruined with mold. I was told this wouldn't happen. This shouldn't happen to anyone!
