I rented from the Fall River store. Space was amazing clean unit for what I needed new to the area. Jen helped me out amazing customer Servic the right price the right space so glad I got to choose storage space Jen should be recognized for helping me measure the unit that I needed and for being an amazing customer service For an old mill building with a nice elevator, you can’t beat the location. Clean facility. Nice it’s all one floor and the prices are reasonable compared to other spots in the area. Manager there was a sweetheart and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with storing my things. I know my belongings are secured and protected so I’m actually very pleased with my experience.
Very clean and greatly priced. The office manager is an absolute gem she's extremely nice and helps you the very best way she can to reassure your happy with your unit. Definitely the best storage place around and again amazingly managed I highly recommend
Great storage facility! I checked out a few places in the area and the difference was night and day. I especially appreciated how Rick helped me figure out the best location in the building for how often I'd be in and out moving things. I need my stuff stored at a constant temperature and this is the one place I felt would fit what I'm looking for. Overall, great location and quality staff which is my #1 priority.
I had an excellent experience working with Rick at the storage facility! From the moment we walked in, Rick was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to show us different size units, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each to help us make the best decision for our needs.
