Management team was great in this location when it came to getting a unit and every customer service interaction we had was great, but unfortunately this is not a super climate controlled facility. We stored furniture and closed plastic bins there for just over a year, and we were really upset to find that our ~$2000 velvet couch had mold/mildew bloom on it while it was stored, as did a variety of other items, including wood furniture, none of which had previously shown any sign of mold or mildew growth. I rented from the Fall River store. Space was amazing clean unit for what I needed new to the area. My experience was great thanks to Jemily who assisted me with the utmost professionalism and care. She was very polite and understanding and has quite the knowledge regarding the storage background.
Was a little worried about finding the right storage unit, Jemily made it so easy and made me feel so comfortable and secure with my choice. Such amazing customer service, so friendly and welcoming, should not go unnoticed. Will be recommending friends and family for sure. 👍
