The store manager Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all factors in detail, as well as graciously showed me the facilities and what my storage experience would be. I attest that he had full understanding of my needs and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank again for the help.
Aaron was great when I decided to lease a unit! He helped me find the right unit for my needs. Unfortunately when I attempted to start loading my items into the unit my gate code was not recognized. It was after office hours so I couldn't get anyone to help. I was only able to get in the building after someone else was exiting. I have attempted to call the office in order to figure it the issue but have had my calls disconnected. This isn't the service I was expecting when I signed my contract.
Someone is living in unit 3326. Using electricity from an outlet outside their unit (running extension cord to inside their unit) and inside their unit is fully lit up. You can hear people talking and breathing. They take the locks off when they're inside it. Since my unit is in the same row, definitely don't feel safe going there. The lights are also motion activated, so someone could jump out at you and you wouldn't have time to react. Aaron F was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in choosing our unit. It was our first time and Aaron made everything simple so we could understand the process. We are very pleased!!
The associate I had was excellent, we set up my 5x5 in less then 10min !!! She even helped my carry my stuff which blew me away , one of the best employees iv seen working at a business who genuinely looks like they enjoy their job !! She’s more then 5 stars and I hope she gets to see this because she made my first time renting a storage unit easy , simple and fast
