My experience here made storage hassles easy. Smooth process no issues. Amazing rep whom I spoke with. Jemily was amazing ! She made the experience for me very simple and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was great ! Do not hesitate to do business with them!
Bre was an amazing helpful, understanding and patient when my sister and I came in to rent a storage spot. she showed us different sized units and found a price and size that fit our needs. She was also very kind in answering our numerous questions, she was so helpful i wish more people in customer service would be as amazing as her!!
The associate I had was excellent, we set up my 5x5 in less then 10min !!! She even helped my carry my stuff which blew me away , one of the best employees iv seen working at a business who genuinely looks like they enjoy their job !! She’s more then 5 stars and I hope she gets to see this because she made my first time renting a storage unit easy , simple and fast
Imagine getting an email that you need to switch storage units within 7 days because they suddenly need to do work in the building (why would they ever place all of us in an area where we have to move in an instant like the work wasnt known to them in advance ... or they will remove your things on their own and put them in a different unit). Mind you, they send this message after you paid your monthly fee so legally they cant touch your things. What if you were on vacation, they would just take your things and throw them in... read more
