The staff is friendly and it's a clean and secure facility, reasonable prices as well. There are large elevators to access the upper and basement floors. The lights turn on automatically by motion, and there are plenty of security cameras. The air circulation is good and things didn't collect dust. You can get in the building and use the elevator only with a code.
10 out 10 recommend. Clean. Secure. Temp controlled. Affordable units. I had my unit about 6 months. No surprise fees.3 When I went empty after the front desk had left for the day - i was able to get a new door code texted to me via the website since mine had expired.
Stopped in to inquire about storage size and pricing.We were greeted at the door by Ashley with a smile and warm welcome.Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable!!!She answered all our questions and even gave us a tour!!We were very impressed with Ashley and ended up renting from this company!!
I mean, WOW! Ashley over here at the Vernon location is the absolute sweeeetest! Soon as I made my reservation, she called me very shortly after and she was very kind and welcoming, and offered to give me a tour the same day. I just left there today as a new customer and I am very thankful. Super clean space and super friendly staff. Thanks again Ashley!! 😊
I have my storage unit here and I’m very happy with it. The place is immaculately clean, it’s in a perfect area, climate controlled, and the staff is great. Even the prices are unbeatable.
