The staff is friendly and it's a clean and secure facility, reasonable prices as well. There are large elevators to access the upper and basement floors. The lights turn on automatically by motion, and there are plenty of security cameras. The air circulation is good and things didn't collect dust. You can get in the building and use the elevator only with a code.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the day I ordered my unit to the day I moved out, all I received was friendliness and support. Store Space was extremely helpful in helping me pick the right storage unit for me and and my items. The day I moved in, I ran into a woman named Ashley and she was a Godsent because I had no idea where my unit was, how to use the elevator, nothing! Ashley was so helpful and kind. She got me in and out fast which is a great thing no complications and straight forward process.
