I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the day I ordered my unit to the day I moved out, all I received was friendliness and support. Store Space was extremely helpful in helping me pick the right storage unit for me and and my items. The day I moved in, I ran into a woman named Ashley and she was a Godsent because I had no idea where my unit was, how to use the elevator, nothing! The staff is friendly and it's a clean and secure facility, reasonable prices as well. There are large elevators to access the upper and basement floors. The lights turn on automatically by motion, and there are plenty of security cameras. The air circulation is good and things didn't collect dust. You can get in the building and use the elevator only with a code.
10 out 10 recommend. Clean. Secure. Temp controlled. Affordable units. I had my unit about 6 months. No surprise fees.3 When I went empty after the front desk had left for the day - i was able to get a new door code texted to me via the website since mine had expired.
I highly recommend this facility. Always clean. Ashley is great. Shes very friendly and always available to answer any questions I may have. Great personality.
I have my storage unit here and I’m very happy with it. The place is immaculately clean, it’s in a perfect area, climate controlled, and the staff is great. Even the prices are unbeatable.
