The staff is friendly and it's a clean and secure facility, reasonable prices as well. There are large elevators to access the upper and basement floors. The lights turn on automatically by motion, and there are plenty of security cameras. The air circulation is good and things didn't collect dust. You can get in the building and use the elevator only with a code.
I have my storage unit here and I’m very happy with it. The place is immaculately clean, it’s in a perfect area, climate controlled, and the staff is great. Even the prices are unbeatable.
I mean, WOW! Ashley over here at the Vernon location is the absolute sweeeetest! Soon as I made my reservation, she called me very shortly after and she was very kind and welcoming, and offered to give me a tour the same day. I just left there today as a new customer and I am very thankful. Super clean space and super friendly staff. Thanks again Ashley!! 😊
The access hours are wrong, the office hours are not accurate either, the numbers provided do not work as well. No customer service, no one in the office answers phones during office hours, no one returns calls during closed hours, nobody answers emergency calls or call backs, or messages or forms you fill out online. Two (2) days trying to contact someone to access account online or the physical unit and nobody can help, all phone numbers associated with unit are not good, only a machine to charge you. The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super responsible, friendly, and patient throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I really appreciate their professionalism and great attitude.
