I mean, WOW! Ashley over here at the Vernon location is the absolute sweeeetest! Soon as I made my reservation, she called me very shortly after and she was very kind and welcoming, and offered to give me a tour the same day. I just left there today as a new customer and I am very thankful. Super clean space and super friendly staff. Thanks again Ashley!! 😊
The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super responsible, friendly, and patient throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I really appreciate their professionalism and great attitude.
VERY challenging to load and unload. The security for the building is great- but caused significant headaches of moving in. The elevator doors shut in about 3 seconds making loading/unloading impossible.
The numbers and elevator are very confusing. I was there on 3/30/2025, and there was different people who just didn't get how to work it.
The lady who works here takes her job too seriously. When we were moving out, she took the initiative to tell us 3-4 times to remove trash we had placed to the side. we hadn’t even left the premise yet. In addition, when in the main office, she watched the cameras like a hawk while I was trying to have a convo with her where again she stated the trash had to be removed……. Ok got it sister.
