The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super responsible, friendly, and patient throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I really appreciate their professionalism and great attitude.
The numbers and elevator are very confusing. I was there on 3/30/2025, and there was different people who just didn't get how to work it.
Highly recommended. This place is very clean and accommodating. The manager Ashley is always very sweet and extremely helpful, since this place is so huge I was worried about getting lost so she guided me through everything the first few times I had to store my belongings which i appreciate very much and they even have a bathroom. Price is decent for what you get, overall excellence experience
The customer service was absolutely fantastic on the phone and in person. Rosa and Ashley were absolutely amazing in the Vernon location, explained everything clearly and gave me a great tour thank you guys for the great experience!
A great experience! The staff were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. They finished my reservation so I didn't need to do it online and it turned out a little cheaper. The place in fairly new, clean and convenient.
