It is rare nowadays to receive such incredibly genuine, kind customer service. I unexpectedly found myself in need of a storage unit with very little idea of what size to choose. Becky was wonderful; she was patient and helpful as she showed me multiple units, helped me decide on what would work best for my needs, and explained all of the regulations thoroughly. I had a great experience at Store Space! The staff, especially Terri and Becky, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Becky went above and beyond when I accidentally got locked out of my unit—she quickly stepped in and resolved the issue for me. It’s such a relief to know that the staff genuinely cares and is willing to help when you need it. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I highly recommend Store Space for anyone in need of reliable storage and exceptional customer service!
This place is awesome, the workers are very kind and the space is great. everything is super clean and keep at a good temperature, definitely considering using their services more in the future
Always a clean and dry facility- the staff work hard to keep the drive in area clear of water and puddles in the winter from cars coming in, and have placed several large dehumidifiers per floor throughout the entire building. Ample carts are always available to help move items and are stationed on the ground floor when not in use. The elevators are large enough to fit bigger furniture like couches and king beds. Terri and Becky do it again! I am currently storing my stuff here and the customer service I have received is 5+++ stars. First of all, the location is NEW and SPOTLESS and beautiful. I am storing some expensive furniture and I feel so secure at this location. Today, I walked into the office and regretfully informed Terri that I had lost my keys to my unit.
