Terri was kind, efficient, and very personable. It was very easy to get checked in, and she showed me everything I'll need to know about storing my belongings here. I knew from the reviews that it was clean, but she made a point of showing me cleanliness and safety features in the facility. Her high quality care is what sets this location apart from other self storages in the area.
Terri did a fantastic job making sure i got into the best unit for my needs. She got me close to the elevator and made sure I picked the right size unit for my storage needs. . Super friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
Terri was amazing! Se was welcoming, showed us the facilities, which were clean and well kept. She showed us multiple units and was patient as we came to a decision of how much space was needed. We rented and move in was a breeze with wide elevators and available flatbed dollies for customer use. Thanks Terri!!
It is rare nowadays to receive such incredibly genuine, kind customer service. I unexpectedly found myself in need of a storage unit with very little idea of what size to choose. Becky was wonderful; she was patient and helpful as she showed me multiple units, helped me decide on what would work best for my needs, and explained all of the regulations thoroughly. We really loved this storage space. The units are clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned. Terry was incredibly helpful; friendly, kind, and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend!
