It is rare nowadays to receive such incredibly genuine, kind customer service. I unexpectedly found myself in need of a storage unit with very little idea of what size to choose. Becky was wonderful; she was patient and helpful as she showed me multiple units, helped me decide on what would work best for my needs, and explained all of the regulations thoroughly. Terri was very kind and accommodating! she walked us through the storage unit and helped us secure a deal on the lock! wonderful experience, storage units are new, air conditioned, there’s an elevator & there’s little wagons to put your stuff on! very happy we got this unit!
This place is awesome, the workers are very kind and the space is great. everything is super clean and keep at a good temperature, definitely considering using their services more in the future
I had a great experience at Store Space! The staff, especially Terri and Becky, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Becky went above and beyond when I accidentally got locked out of my unit—she quickly stepped in and resolved the issue for me. It’s such a relief to know that the staff genuinely cares and is willing to help when you need it. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I highly recommend Store Space for anyone in need of reliable storage and exceptional customer service!
Terri and Becky were both fabulous. They helped me from choosing the space right through staying on the line giving me directions. The location is exceptionally clean and well lit.
