Phenomenal experience. Terri was there the entire way to guide throughout the process and helped clarify and remediate even the smallest of things I needed help with. This is the cleanest, more organized storage facility my brother and I have ever seen (and that accounts for more than our share of spaces) and the security adds another layer of comfort. A great place to store your goods, very clean and way better than keeping my stuff at an outside facility. It is a little pricey, atleast for what I got but they have big and small units and it’s 4 floors. If you’re thinking of storing definitely go with an temp/humidity control place and this place is a good place!
Climate Smart was a great choice for summer storage! The staff (especially Terry!) are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. Move-in and move-out were hassle free!
Climate self storage had exceeded all our expectations. The facility is remarkably clean, well lit and accessible. In addition to its well maintained facilities, I want to highlight the equally impressive quality of the staff, who have been very helpful to address whatever needs may arise.
One of the nicest storage facilities I’ve been too. Staff is extremely helpful and facility is very clean. I lost the key to my lock for the storage and the staff was so helpful to help me get into unit. Would definitely recommend!
