Great and friendly customer service from the Manager Colette. She went over several different units and prices to ensure that I was comfortable with my selection. I didn’t feel rushed. She gave me a tour of the units and explained the whole process to ensure that they weren’t any surprises. Clean facility with extended hours.
Collette was great! She was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. This storage facility is great too! Decently priced compared to the more than few storage facilities I've had experience with in the area. But one way they really stand out is the loading bay, it's like a shipping/receiving garage that you can pull your vehicle/truck/trailer into out of the Florida weather to unload/load.
I really don’t leave reviews for anyone but this is an exception WILL has the most amazing and professional attitude and knows what the customers needs. His the BEST!!!!! Thank You please ask for will when you need storage his phenomenal!
Colete is simply the best. Helped us find the perfect unit for us even though we dragged her through three different sizes. She is a great asset to the team! The facility is great and air conditioned with a loading bay which is awesome for the rainy season and heat of Florida!
