Great shopping experience with Colette. We toured two units and she suggested to always go with the larger unit to allow space to grow. We did. Given I was a first time storage renter, I had numerous questions. Colette patiently answered all my questions and was available for any follow up questions. Glad to say we moved our items into our new storage and the process was easy Peezy lemon squeezy.
Collette was great! She was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. This storage facility is great too! Decently priced compared to the more than few storage facilities I've had experience with in the area. But one way they really stand out is the loading bay, it's like a shipping/receiving garage that you can pull your vehicle/truck/trailer into out of the Florida weather to unload/load.
Colete is simply the best. Helped us find the perfect unit for us even though we dragged her through three different sizes. She is a great asset to the team! The facility is great and air conditioned with a loading bay which is awesome for the rainy season and heat of Florida!

Collette was very welcoming and helpful. We did not have a reservation, but she was more than gracious to show us various units to help visualize the size needed. Facility is very clean and bright along with all climate controlled units and unique loading dock. Would Most certainly recommend to others.
