I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience with Colette at your Edison Mall location. From the moment we arrived, she was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Great shopping experience with Colette. We toured two units and she suggested to always go with the larger unit to allow space to grow. We did. Given I was a first time storage renter, I had numerous questions. Colette patiently answered all my questions and was available for any follow up questions. Glad to say we moved our items into our new storage and the process was easy Peezy lemon squeezy.
Collette was very welcoming and helpful. We did not have a reservation, but she was more than gracious to show us various units to help visualize the size needed. Facility is very clean and bright along with all climate controlled units and unique loading dock. Would Most certainly recommend to others.
We walked into this facility to rent a small unit just to store some bulky items for our son’s college move out. Collette was amazing! I’ve worked in the self storage industry on the hiring & management side and she truly is a great Store Manager! The facility was clean, she was prepared with 2 options (we went with her first recommendation) and she was quick to get us all setup so we could move our stuff in so we could be on our way. Highly recommend this facility…new, clean & great onsite management team! 😁
Highly recommend!!! Colette and Will were awesome and extremely helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and took the time to show different units to fit my needs, even without a reservation.
