No one at the office. The code does not work for the storage unit. No one answers the phone. On hold with sales department for two hours . The district manager for Indianapolis never bothered to call back. The moving company has to reschedule after waiting for two hours. I still can’t access my unit. No staff are working.

I wasn’t sure which exact date I’d be moving, and I was so relieved that Store Space in Whitestown, IN allowed me to reserve units for multiple dates with no commitment.
