I usually don’t like storage spaces because they low-key give me the scaries 😂 but this one? Not at all. Store Space Self Storage was perfect for what we needed. We had to store some extra bevvies since the shop is tight on space, and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Found it online, reserved the unit, and they emailed all the details, super straightforward. Positives: This is usually a clean facility. Sometimes the car ports can be a bit dirty in between cleanings, but the hallways and elevators are usually clean. Renting the unit was typical for what information was needed, and overall the process was simple. Negatives: I visit about once per month. The garage doors are consistently out of service. We got this unit to help us move, and it has been a HUGE help. The facility is super clean, and there are huge bays to pull a moving truck in. Our unit is second floor, and with the elevator and carts, it hasn’t been an issue at all. Promise is also super helpful and kind. She was very easy to get set up with and she’s been very responsive to phone calls as well.
Excellent worker!! Promise is the most helpful, friendliest person I have ever met. So nice to know that you can still go places with friendly service.
