This place makes things very convenient. Huge loading bays, plenty of flat bed carts, good size elevators, and super clean environment. Pat is wonderful!! She was locking up to head out for the night and checked on me. I ended up needing some help and she took the time after hours to guide me. Super helpful and friendly!! Great place to rent a storage unit!
I recently started using Space Storage and I couldn’t be happier. The facility is brand new, extremely clean, and very convenient for all my storage needs. One of the best features is the huge loading dock, which made it super easy to unload my packages and pallets. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Pat and Chelsea are amazing and helpful. I had to transfer from a large unit to a small unit and they made the process go smoothly without any issues. The units are clean and well maintained.
I just rented a unit at the location in Whitestown Indiana and am absolutely impressed. Pat and Chelsea were fantastic. They showed me around both times and made the sign up process extremely easy. I championed Customer Service corporately and both of these ladies embody true, genuine service. The facility is brand new, spotless, secure and reasonable.
Clean, convenient, helpful, storage facility. Easy access to units, and they are climate controlled. The staff is so helpful. Pat helped me with all my questions and was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
