⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flexible, Clean, Affordable, and Incredibly Convenient! I wasn’t sure which exact date I’d be moving, and I was so relieved that Store Space in Whitestown, IN allowed me to reserve units for multiple dates with no commitment. I called Store Space with some questions re: billing and move-in and out and spoke with Tiffany. She was SO helpful and definitely was able to answer all of my questions confidently and completely.
Great place to keep your personal items. Pat was wonderful and polite. I really enjoyed her assist help me getting situated with my storage unit. Very clean and safe environment.
Changing review because the ladies haven’t been in the office in a few days and I can’t get help through anyone else. Whoever answered the phone was rude and short. I ended up ending the call. My dad stores his things here and I need to pay his November bill. No help whatsoever. Looking into another location. Pat was friendly and personable. The units are easy to access. Clean. Good hours. The pull in loading area is great during the cold winter or hot summer months. After using a few storage units this has been the best experience ive ever had.
