I usually don’t like storage spaces because they low-key give me the scaries 😂 but this one? Not at all. Store Space Self Storage was perfect for what we needed. We had to store some extra bevvies since the shop is tight on space, and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Found it online, reserved the unit, and they emailed all the details, super straightforward. No one at the office. The code does not work for the storage unit. No one answers the phone. On hold with sales department for two hours . The district manager for Indianapolis never bothered to call back. The moving company has to reschedule after waiting for two hours. I still can’t access my unit. No staff are working.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flexible, Clean, Affordable, and Incredibly Convenient! I wasn’t sure which exact date I’d be moving, and I was so relieved that Store Space in Whitestown, IN allowed me to reserve units for multiple dates with no commitment. Great place to keep your personal items. Pat was wonderful and polite. I really enjoyed her assist help me getting situated with my storage unit. Very clean and safe environment.
Changing review because the ladies haven’t been in the office in a few days and I can’t get help through anyone else. Whoever answered the phone was rude and short. I ended up ending the call. My dad stores his things here and I need to pay his November bill. No help whatsoever. Looking into another location.
