Great experience moving in, with Maynard providing beyond amazing service on navigating the intro process! (If corporate sees this, please take care of an amazing employee) In response to my questions, he made details understandable on the unit price after the promotion period ends, which is a refreshing interaction in this space. I wish more storage units provided this level of service. Hoping for a better experience here than I’ve had with previous companies.
We needs a storage just until we could get moved into our new house. This storage place was very easy to get into. It's very clean inside. And very spacious. I will definitely be coming back when I need another unit.
Maynard was an incredible help with everything I needed and made the process as easy as possible. Property is very nice and secure and makes you feel good about storing your belongings. I’ve looked into surrounding storages in the area and I’m very glad I chose to go with Store Space!
Being new to the storage rental ownership and process, Maynard at the Beacon location walked me through the process with calm tone and explanation very professionally. I once had forgot to lock my unit and he promptly notified me so I can make the corrections needed to secure my unit. I needed to make changes my account by adding additional persons to access and he promptly added the needed changes to my account. This location manager is very good at customer service and follow up. I was very happy with his assistance.
Great experience, you can move out whenever you want without any fees or obligations. Brand new,nice and clean. Defiintely recommend!
