Building is new and clean, the manager Maynard is top notch. His customer service skills are absolutely wonderful. He was very pleasant to work with.
I had a great experience working with Maynard! The facility was clean, secure and offers the access that I need. Prices were reasonable so I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing storage space. Maynard will definitely take care of you and your storage needs, love coming to the office!
What a great location and facility. The staff is amazing as well. I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Maynard he guided me through the process with no issues. He helped me secure a unit at a great rate. He was very informative and patient with me during the process. I am glad that he assisted me during my visit. I was at the beacon dr. Location. Just 2 weeks. Customer service horrible, they lock your code all the time for no reason, so they go out to the gate to bother you. One day is one person. The other day a new one, when you asked for the person they say they left. Also the staff use the cameras to check your whereabouts in the property. That is not the purpose of security cameras.
