Being new to the storage rental ownership and process, Maynard at the Beacon location walked me through the process with calm tone and explanation very professionally. I once had forgot to lock my unit and he promptly notified me so I can make the corrections needed to secure my unit. I needed to make changes my account by adding additional persons to access and he promptly added the needed changes to my account. This location manager is very good at customer service and follow up. I was very happy with his assistance.
Maynard was EXCELLENT!!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient!!! I forgot to add professional as well!!! Provided excellent over the top service! He really live by the motto “Storage That Cares”. Thank you again!

I have been renting here for now over 6 months. Great price to start but just got a notice not too long ago about an increase in rent. They are going up 100 percent! I guess I’ll be moving my stuff out soon as possible as I don’t care to support this place any longer. Just want to warn ya.
The place was great as a storage facility. Clean and secure. HOWEVER, the customer service and billing department is horrible. I moved out of my storage unit via the “schedule move out” tab on their website. I even sent them a message stating I was fully moved out due to the office being closed the day I left.
