Had a unit here (120) and we came into our unit a little over a month ago and all our belongings that weren’t in a sealed bin had mold all over them and water spots on the floor. Looks like water running down the beams and pooling in the unit. We let the older guy know there and he was very helpful but corporate hasn’t got back with him and it was just about a month after we first told them and then we moved out. This place is amazing and clean! Perfect for our family storage needs. Space is clean and organized! The staff (Adam) was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to get us set up with promotions and was flexible with our schedule with movers. Thank you!
Super professional and I love the space that they have! Everything is brand new and beautiful! So many storage units I have seen are old and dusty and they don’t clean them. These storage units look super expensive and they’re not! Adam was such a great sales agent that I literally want to tell everyone about this.
I love the building set up. Pull in garage area so you don't have to load/unload in bad weather plus it's secure so one can sneak up on you when you walk away from your vehicle. Tops of units are fenced in so no one can climb over into your unit no matter how small and limber they may be. Great price for all the amenities and security provided.
Awesome Service!! Extremely accommodating and explained everything so well. Will definitely be using this company for the foreseeable future. The people that work there are also very kind!!!
