Worse experience ever! A business came in and purchased and it went down hill from there. Unit prices were raised twice in a two month period with no notice. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the office ever. Leave messages and they go unanswered. Directed to go to website cause they have no corporate number, those inquiries go unanswered as well. A little chaotic due to the switch of companies but the girl at the office is always a big help. Just annoying at first I was calling the old number forever until I went in and spoke to them. We should have been notified of the change but other than that no complaints.
Every month since new ownership, which clients were never informed, it has been a hassle. Trying to make an online payment never seems to work the same way month after month. Very disappointing and frustrating after renting from them for several years.
I’ve been with them for over 20 years and ever since they got bought out from the very first day it’s been nothing but a HEADACHE and problems!!! They never answer the phones when you call EVER!
While the facility has everything you could want for storage the company has little access to human help. The one employee when after 2 weeks of attempting to pay my bill was rude, evasive and forcefully made me leave the office. I think I'll be moving out of our 2 units.
