Great all around. Super people, easy process, nice location. I spoke to Angela a few days prior for a 10x10 unit, but none were available. She took my number and called me two days later with a unit. Really appreciate that she went out of the way to contact me. Definitely recommend
We’re not local but frequent the Rehoboth Area. We decided on a storage unit a few years ago and Secure Self Storage has been fantastic! We needed an upgrade and Amanda was insanely helpful! She talked me through the process/availabilities and, while I wasn’t able to make it work at the time, she followed up when something became available in my price range. This is the second time we've used Secure Self Storage, and we received the same great service we received the first time. Martin, the assistant manager, was AWESOME. We were on a tight deadline and he got us set-up quickly. The availability of the truck was so helpful.
I called about a week ago and spoke to Amanda about needing a unit. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! She helped me figure out what size unit I was going to need and put me on a Wait List for that unit. After taking to my husband we had some additional questions and I called back and spoke with Martin. He was so nice and answered all of my questions! We aren't moving until next year, but Secure Self Storage is definitely where I want to put my belongings.
I had/am having such a great experience getting my storage unit!! Amanda is extremely nice and super helpful. The sign up process was very fast and I am confident that my belongings are in good hands with Secure Self Storage Rehoboth DE! -- Bobby
