Straight to the point, no nonsense storage solution. Pricing is great and their tech allows you to rent and store automatically as quick as your needs come up. Denise at the front desk is great / very helpful if you have any questions. High recommend.
You can use your own locks or use the heavy duty combination locks provided by the facility. I met Denise in person and spoke to her over the phone. She has been outstanding.
Do Not Rent from this company. I had my things in a storage unit for 3 years, secure self storage sold to this company. Manager is Rude and Not Helpful. Did not contact me they had changed hands. Store Space charged me $177.20 for 2 days over. Will Not call you back, only respond by email. Take your belongings somewhere else where the Company Cares. Terrible experience glad they won't get anymore of my business Ever!!!!! Denise is the manager at the Ithaca location, Worthless!!!!!!!
I feel like my items are safe and secure, and the manager has always been very helpful with any questions I have had.
Beware! Locked my stuff inside over a holiday weekend. They put in my code wrong and I couldn’t access my locker at all for three days. The staff is awful and unhelpful and tried to say it was my fault. Very unprofessional.
