Maria and Destiny took really good care of me. Answered all my questions and took the time to show me around. Facility is super clean and these 2 ladies made the process quick and easy. Highly recommended these professionals!!!!
I have used Extra Space Storage and several different locations around Columbia S.C and I could not be more satisfied. Company is professional and courteous and the facilities are top notch. My latest interaction was with Chris at the Two Notch Road locating Columbia and he was great. Storing my daughter’s dorm contents for a few weeks and he was nice enough to text me instructions for finding her unit at the facility as it is our first time renting at this location. Chris, the manager, has been and is absolutely amazing. From day 1, he answered all the questions I had, took the time to provide me with information on the units, and even supplied written directions on features. Anytime, I needed to speak with him about an issue, he listened and took steps to assist in coming up with a solution in a timely manner. He was always pleasant to talk to and always provided excellent customer service. He is an asset to the company and facility!
