Decided to use for a 3rd time at Secure Self Storage on May 1, 2025 due to the great Site Manger. Items were secured in a storage unit. May 5, 2025 informed that Secure Self Storage had a major roof leak and damaged three (3) items & filed a claim. After six (6) attempts for a resolution with No response for two (2) months from HQ. August 1 2025 was told claim would be denied except for 1 item. Received a replacement payment for 1 of 3 damaged items. WILL NEVER USE SECURE STORAGE again.

The new management people are very nice, very clean and they do better pest control
