Ms. Tanya is the best. She is truly a God send and is deserving of my deep appreciation and respect. My mother recently passed and Ms. Tanya worked with me in navigating my responsibility to the storage company, while being both supportive and understanding of the situation at hand. Met management miss Tanya and she was very detailed and on everything. I rested to see the sizes on the units and took her time not just show the space but to talk about the space its self. The prices here are very affordable and convenient. 10×10 is like a whole bedroom. The back entrance is just huge, no complaints and can't ask for more. I was greeted by the store manger Tanya who provided excellent customer service. I waited as she assisted another customer that asked an 100 questions but by the end of it all she appeared to be satisfied with her service. The store appeared to be extremely clean and she seemed to go that extra mile. You just might need to hire more Tanya’s.
Since Ms. Tanya has taken over management of this facility, it has been a way better experience! From her assistance with navigating the web to reminders! She is a great asset!
Tanya was such amazing manager with helping us during the rental. She has great customer service skils and really cares about the tenants and helping with whatever needed. She was not only helpful with our new rental but she was also multitasking with other customers in the store with payments as well as her phone ringing. I appreciate her and look forward to being a new tenant here at Store Space on Blair Rd 😀
