Tanya was such amazing manager with helping us during the rental. She has great customer service skils and really cares about the tenants and helping with whatever needed. She was not only helpful with our new rental but she was also multitasking with other customers in the store with payments as well as her phone ringing. I appreciate her and look forward to being a new tenant here at Store Space on Blair Rd 😀
Met management miss Tanya and she was very detailed and on everything. I rested to see the sizes on the units and took her time not just show the space but to talk about the space its self. The prices here are very affordable and convenient. 10×10 is like a whole bedroom. The back entrance is just huge, no complaints and can't ask for more. I’m currently trying to access my unit during open access hours and their loading dock gate isn’t working. The sliding doors at the building entrance, the only other way to access the building, is not operational (with a sign informing me of such - see photo). There is no one on site to assist. I’ve called 4 store space numbers for assistance on opening the loading dock gate and only reached a human once - she was pleasant but there’s essentially no way to get urgent assistant to open any access points to this facility. We had a terrible experience at this location. The front sliding door is broken and there is a sign instructing customers to use the rear loading dock. The issue is that it’s a maze to find the rear loading dock and one could get easily confused in finding it. Once we finally were able to enter the rear loading area, we were unable to access the facility as the keypad indicated the area was closed. Decided to use for a 3rd time at Secure Self Storage on May 1, 2025 due to the great Site Manger. Items were secured in a storage unit. May 5, 2025 informed that Secure Self Storage had a major roof leak and damaged three (3) items & filed a claim. After six (6) attempts for a resolution with No response for two (2) months from HQ. August 1 2025 was told claim would be denied except for 1 item. Received a replacement payment for 1 of 3 damaged items. WILL NEVER USE SECURE STORAGE again.
