MALAIKA provided truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my reservation. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like Malaika make a big difference — she deserves recognition for the excellent job she does.
Very nice storage space!!! Malaika was accommodating and friendly. Her energy made it more than a transaction, it was an experience. My phone died and she even called back to make sure I was taken care of! Way better service than most storage places!!
We were promised business hours, meaning we should be able to access our equipment 24x7; prior to 6am and after 10pm. Two times now we have arrived at 5am needing to be some place by 5:30am the gate is locked, code doesn’t work before 6am. There is no 24 hours emergency service. This is unacceptable!
Would give zero stars if possible. We have had our storage unit for years, paying a full years rent in advance and now our gate code isn’t working and hasn’t worked in days. We have called the office multiple times and even drove to the office ourselves but there is no one there and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone even after leaving multiple messages.
