I worked with Ken, a District Manager, on a small mix up on my part with concluding a space I rented and he was friendly and professional in resolving the issue and terrific follow up. So great to receive such good customer service. Maleika, the on site manager was very friendly and helpful as well.
Excellent experience especially after my first year. I was having trouble with updating my payment method and Malaika was awesome with helping me today.
Makaila was a life saver for us! The gates were experiencing technical difficulties on Sunday afternoon and were unable to clear our space out before the end of the month. We anticipated a “struggle” to get cooperation from the facility, but she contacted my wife the very next business day assuring us she would take care of us. She followed through making a “stressful” situation much less so, and with a smile on her face! If this is the “forward facing” person for your business, you will do well!
