She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my reservation. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like Malaika make a big difference — she deserves recognition for the excellent job she does.
Very nice storage space!!! Malaika was accommodating and friendly. Her energy made it more than a transaction, it was an experience. My phone died and she even called back to make sure I was taken care of! Way better service than most storage places!!
Malaika was the bestest and biggest help for me, she came in on her day off to make sure i was handled the best way possible and is even going above and beyond helping me with services that dont relate to work(gave me a ride down the street)
Malaika is an exception employee it is always like home when I am paying my bill. I do know you all are paying her but she deserves a raise.
