No one has been there to take payments, not returning calls or emails. Ran into the same costomer a couple times now and he has been trying also. Finn was awesome but he no longer works there.
A staff member there was wonderful. Generously helped my husband move a heavy beautiful China cabinet of my mother-n-law who recently passed. it means a lot to my husband. Very kind. Would use their storage again!
I came 3 weeks ago and needed help opening my pad locks and checking on contents. Finn was wonderfully helpful and thoughtful. He comes with a business background which shows his versatility. I left very glad he was in CHARGE.

The place is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained. I will echo everyone else's sentiment here: Manager Finn is amazing-very professional yet friendly and easygoing, and extremely helpful!
