This is probably the nicest storage unit I have ever rented. Clean, protected from the elements, and drive up access big enough for a 26ft truck. Doug is simply fantastic in any metric you'd care to measure. I was actually sad to be moving out into a facility not nearly as well appointed as this one.
Great location and amazing customer service. The space is very clean, dry, and well ventilated. This was my first time using a storage service and overall I'm very happy with how everything was handled.
Would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family! Due to it being my first time ever renting a storage unit, Doug was great to work with, he got me settled in quick and easy and answered any questions I had. They have moving dollies for everyone to use which is fantastic. The indoor, climate controlled, clean, drive through facility is awesome. I read the rave reviews about Doug’s customer service but working with him in-person to set up a unit far exceeded my expectations. Thorough, efficient and focused on getting me the unit that fit my needs—all the things one hopes with any commercial interaction. Very glad I picked Extra Space storage, and particularly, this location!
