Reserved and prepaid for a unit with a confirmed move-in date. Upon arrival, the facility was unattended—no staff, no posted hours, and no access provided. I was unable to take possession of the unit I had already paid for. All calls were routed to an AI system that provided inconsistent information and ultimately confirmed no staff would return that day.
