I’ve never had great customer service that was truly spectacular. Miss Julian really help me out in a hard time and was able to expedite and give me a storage unit under 10 minutes. I really appreciate her and this storage unit place seems to be very efficient. I would recommend this storage unit to all my family members.
Patrica’s assistant was very helpful. She was patient and very clear and apply my a discounted price as well. I will definitely rent my strong from them again in the future!
I've had a storage unit at this location since it was built. Sometimes a few at a time. I've also seen this location change ownership, sometimes with friction. I am happy with the facilities, location, and ease of access. I can say that changing ownership to Store with Ease was an easy and fluid transition. I called the customer service line today and was greeted by Miss Irene. Her customer service was awesome! She answered all the questions that I had and some that I had not yet thought to ask.
