I've had a storage unit at this location since it was built. Sometimes a few at a time. I've also seen this location change ownership, sometimes with friction. I am happy with the facilities, location, and ease of access. I can say that changing ownership to Store with Ease was an easy and fluid transition. I called the customer service line today and was greeted by Miss Irene. Her customer service was awesome! She answered all the questions that I had and some that I had not yet thought to ask. We have been trying for 2 days yo get in the gate..can't but they went up i On the rent and no refunds so far. Very upset I can't get in my unit..not happy

Beware of new owners had my trailer stolen and they are uncooperative say no video tried to pass it on as the old owners problem. Does not seem to be as secure as you might think . You have been warned !! Also my friends motorhome was broken into !!
