I had a great experience at this local store. The staff attended to me very well and were patient, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this store to others.
I am always skeptical of renting online. This was a real pleasure. Not only did I receive a discount but it was very easy. The directions were clear and verification went without a hitch. I would recommend renting from Storelocal and signing up online!!
My end to end experience was extremely quick and smooth. Jared was professional and offered different units based upon my circumstances. He was extremely knowledgeable about the units, prices, and about the company’s policies. He was forthcoming with information. easy movein, easy access, very safe (I repeatedly saw them driving around checking units every time I was there), they even called to check if I was done with the unit after we moved out because I had forgotten to call. That saved me a month's rent. Thanks, StoreLocal!
