My end to end experience was extremely quick and smooth. Jared was professional and offered different units based upon my circumstances. He was extremely knowledgeable about the units, prices, and about the company’s policies. He was forthcoming with information. The unit was clean, and there was a welcome bag that contained a pen, a koozie, information material, and a stainless steel disc padlock. Would highly recommend this facility! Excellent experience! Team was attentive, grounds were well maintained, storage space was clean, and the sign up/rental process was seamless.
I have referred them storage space to friends and family that need up using it. It is very convenient, we feel our boat is safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a safe storage space!
EDIT: They've just increased my rent again today by $27 PER MONTH. I'm dropping one extra star to reflect my dissatisfaction. This is not the way you should treat your original customers and I would appreciate it if the manager could contact me directly to resolve this. ------ I've been a customer here for a very long time. Super simple to sign up and reserve a spot online. Simple entrance/exit. Easy, convenient outdoor storage garage w a bit of insulation so it doesn’t get too hot or cold.
